AGNES is a series of weekend workshops in algebraic geometry. One of our goals is to introduce graduate students to a broad spectrum of current research in algebraic geometry. AGNES is held biannually at the participating universities in the Northeast. For our NSF reports and planning of future workshops we are constantly interested in feedback about the AGNES conferences. I am an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Vanderbilt University. In the Spring of 2012. My interests are Partial Differential Equations, Geometric Analysis, and Mathematical Physics.

From September 2010 through August 2013, I was a Research Assistant Professor at the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics. at the Stanford Mathematics Department. Under the supervision of Ralph Cohen. My interests lie in algebraic topology, homological algebra, and category theory. My academic research has focused on relating the algebraic structures of string topology to the Hochschild homology and cohomology of based loop spaces.
